Your home for Belinder family information, Directory & Publishing Preferences, PTA membership, submitted forms, and previous orders.

Your Membership Toolkit account and your PTA membership are not the same thing.
All Belinder families should keep their Membership Toolkit account and Directory & Publishing Preferences current. Belinder PTA membership must be renewed each school year and provides member benefits, including access to search the secure Family Directory.

Why Your Membership Toolkit Account Matters

Membership Toolkit is how your family connects with the PTA side of Belinder.
The contact information you provide to Belinder/SMSD does not automatically create or update your PTA account, so all Belinder families should create and maintain a current Membership Toolkit account.

Without a current account and communication preferences, your family may miss Room Parent and classroom messages, class party information, teacher gifting and appreciation coordination, grade- or classroom-specific PTA communication, volunteer opportunities, and other PTA information.

Membership Toolkit also powers the Belinder Family Directory, allowing families to connect for birthday invitations, playdates, carpools, and more using the information each family chooses to share.

MTK is separate from Belinder/SMSD communication.
Having your contact information on file with the school does not automatically provide that information to the PTA.

Manage your family information, directory visibility, PTA publishing permissions, and membership status.

PTA Member Access Family Directory Find participating Belinder families through the secure Membership Toolkit directory. Current PTA membership and login may be required. Open Family Directory → All Belinder Families Directory & Publishing Preferences Choose how your family appears in the Belinder Family Directory and manage PTA website, newsletter, social media, and yearbook permissions for your student. Review Your Preferences → Membership Toolkit My Account Review and update the family, student, contact, and account information associated with your Membership Toolkit profile. Open My Account → PTA Membership Membership Status See your current PTA membership, who in your household is covered, membership dates, and previous expired memberships. View Membership Status →

Looking for something you already completed? Use Submitted Forms to review registrations and form submissions, or Previous Orders & Receipts for payment and purchase history.
